My client is a manufacturing firm who are seeking an experienced Customer Service individual to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role Your new role as a Customer Support Advisor is a varied role. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Being the first point of contact for any customer queriesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customersLiaising with other internal departments to execute orders Processing orders onto the systemEnsure that all customer claims and complaints are resolved effectively, accurately and timelyMonitor and track lead times, order and production status and keep customers updatedProvide status updates when requestedBuilding quotations to send out to customersWhat you''ll need to succeed The successful candidate will be experienced in customer support within a manufacturing environment. You will be IT literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Package. Further to this, you will be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing. You will be detail orientated with the ability to work to a high accuracy. The successful candidate will also possess great time management and organisational skills.
