We are seeking a SEN Science Teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive Science lessons to students from diverse educational backgrounds. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every student reaches their full potential, providing tailored support and adapting lessons to meet individual needs. Pay rate: Daily rates between 150 - 250 per day - the higher rates are available to teacher with QTS, but QTS is not essential. Key Responsibilities:Lesson Planning and Delivery: Create and deliver Science lessons that engage, inspire, and cater to a wide range of abilities.Behaviour Management: Proactively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment.Collaboration: Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the holistic development of every student.Individualized Support: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the specific learning needs of students with complex SEN, ensuring progress for all.Assessment and Monitoring: Assess, track, and report on student progress, adjusting teaching approaches as necessary.
