Receptionist - Aylesbury (Temporary for 5 Months) - Term time only 

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our client based in Aylesbury in the Education Sector.

Hours: Mon,Tues,Wed, Fri 8am-4pm Thurs 8am-3:30pm (term time only)

Hourly rate: £12.90 - £13.97 per hour

Duties:

- Taking and relaying messages
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Providing information to callers
- Greeting visitors
- Ensure all vistors have sign in and get vistors badges
- Recieve and sort mail
- Arrange tours
- Arrange booking of the meeting room
- Sending out emails to all staff
- Provide general admin support

Requirements:

- Previous receptionist and admin experience
