The Retention Marketing Team are responsible for managing the AA''s Roadside Retention Marketing and Regulatory communications, delivering c7million customer touchpoints per year across 180+ automated communications (with thousands of overall variants across email, direct mail and SMS). This role will support the migration of these communications to a new document management platform, working closely with external document developers and the internal marketing team to brief and approve a high volume of technical proofs.
