This will include registration with RoATP/APAR) and liaison with IfATE. The re-validation of 5 degree programmes and readiness to deliver them in 25/26 is necessary. To lead and coordinate others to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered and to provide day to day project / operational support to managers and teams. This project is supported by the OfS Wave 3 bid process.Responsibilities Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of the projectEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress-based n the wave 3 bid submittedManage the revalidation timeline with degree partners and coordinate validation eventsEnsure successful validation of the new degree apprenticeships with the Open University (OU) and BGUReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with stakeholders (e.g. IfATE, OU) and employersPerform risk management to minimize project risksAchieve UCP registration on the APARDelegate project tasks based on staff members'' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack and report on project performance, specifically to ..... full job details .....
