As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all Engineering and Facility activities, balancing hands-on work with delegation. You ll provide leadership, mentor the team, and collaborate with departments to ensure strong support. You''ll work closely with the Health and Safety representative to manage legal compliance and liaise with Operations and the General Manager on site development and projects. General responsibilities include; Supervise and support the team of technicians on technical matters. Improve service delivery performance and reduce costs where possible. Monitor and report on departmental KPIs. Conduct machinery audits when necessary. Manage all aspects of engineering from planning to completion. Develop practices, routines, and solutions to improve productivity and product quality Perform risk assessments Oversee the site T-card reporting system for maintenance and breakdowns, and delegate tasks accordingly Develop new health and safety policy procedures in line with regulations Conduct in-house training sessions on best practices and safe systems of work Ensure records are kept up to date Participate in continuous improvements as guided by the General Manager Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are ..... full job details .....
