Hybrid: 4 days per week (1-2 days on site, 1 day in office) Attendance of weekly and monthly meetings, in person.Key Duties: Lead and project manage a portfolio of major capital investments works to Haringey council''s housing stock, ensuring successful delivery and that contract conditions are complied with, that budgets and timetables are adhered, that high-quality standards and value for money are provided and that statutory, regulatory and Council requirements are always delivered.Lead a team of project managers and consultants responsible for the delivery of a range of projects within the housing capital investment programme of up to 20m p.a.
