You will liaise with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth import and export processes. Job type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday - 09:00am to 17:00pmSalary: Up to 40,000Main Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate Import and Export Operations Manage the end-to-end import and export processes, including booking cargo space, arranging pickups, and coordinating delivery schedules.Prepare and submit customer quotations Receive customer quotations via varying methods - email / online portal. Prepare and submit customer quotations and proposals within agreed time frame. Track success/failure rate of quotes, reporting back to managementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipment status, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
