MandE Surveyor3 months 250 p/day (negotiable) We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable MandE Asset Surveyor with a proven track record in mechanical and electrical services within new build blocks of flats constructed over the past 5 years.The successful candidate will be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive MandE data collection and condition surveys of mechanical and electrical assets across multiple sites. Reviewing and assessing the servicing and maintenance protocols for all plant and equipment. Providing day-to-day support to the compliance team and asset team to address ongoing issues as they arise. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effective management and maintenance of MandE systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed inspections and surveys of mechanical and electrical assets. Document and report findings, including recommendations for improvements and maintenance. Work closely with the compliance and asset teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, surveys, and maintenance activities. Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as an MandE Asset Surveyor, particularly in new build residential projects.
