The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the business''s growth plans, which include a significant increase in turnover and achieving top-tier BRC standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the site technical function, improving overall technical standards.Oversee a small but growing technical team (currently 1 direct report - QA Technician).Prepare the new site for BRC accreditation and maintain AA standard at the existing site.Manage third-party audits (BRC, EHO, Halal) and customer audits.Ensure compliance in both high- and low-risk environments, particularly with chilled produce.Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS).Collaborate with other departments to support technical responsibilities across the business.Develop technical knowledge among senior management and their teams.Personal Profile:A proactive, hardworking, and committed individual who thrives in a hands-on role.Solutions-oriented and ..... full job details .....
