Key Responsibilities: Programming, installing, and servicing Community Alarms and Assistive Technology equipment, with thorough customer guidance on operation.Conducting Home Fire Safety Checks and installing Smoke detectors as directed by the Fire and Rescue service.Installing equipment for Domestic Violence Customers provided by the Community Safety partnership.Collaborating with local authorities and partner agencies on various projects.Adhering to Fire and Rescue Guidance on Driving DFRS Vehicles and maintaining accurate mileage records.Being accountable for Trade Card usage.Identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and providing necessary feedback.Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service effectiveness.
