Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Art Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Slough. This role involves teaching Art to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, inspiring creativity, and fostering a love for the arts in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, following the national curriculum
• Engage and motivate students through creative teaching methods and projects
• Assess student work, providing constructive feedback to promote development
• Manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with other department members to enhance the Art curriculum

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK
• Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 levels
• Strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for Art education
• Ability to start immediately is preferred
