We are seeking an experienced Travel Customer Service Coordinator to join a fabulous travel company, hybrid working model based in London. This exciting job opportunity is ideal for a travel professional with customer service experience in the travel industry seeking a rewarding career with a forward thinking travel company. Travel Customer Service Coordinator Duties: Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire travel journey, working closely with the Product team and local suppliers. Efficiently handling Customer Service cases, primarily post-travel feedback and complaints, directly with customers or through travel agents. Liaising with customers via both email and telephone, displaying empathy, and professionalism. Assisting clients with any medical issues on-tour. Respond to legal correspondence such as ABTA Arbitrations, solicitor correspondence and Personal Injury claims with the support of the Legal team. Negotiating and reclaiming costs, compensation from suppliers. Conducting operational duties, including sales updates, rooming lists, and travel documents. Advising clients of any pre-tour changes through verbal or written communication. Travel Customer Service Coordinator - Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential in the travel industry.
