You will also monitor student progress and collaborate with staff and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential.Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant: Assist in planning and delivering lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with ASD.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to ensure their progress.Help manage classroom behaviour in line with individual support plans.Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to adapt learning materials.Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring any concerns are raised promptly.Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
