Legal Secretary/PA Part Time Hours £13 P/H Malvern We are seeking a professional and experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-quality administrative support to fee earners (solicitors) within a practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, communicating effectively with clients, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience, excellent typing and organisational skills, and the ability to handle client interactions in a courteous, confidential, and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Audio and Copy Typing: Provide high-standard audio typing and copy typing support for fee earners, ensuring documents are prepared accurately and within agreed timescales. Client Communication: Answer telephone calls from clients, providing assistance or redirecting calls as appropriate. Deal with clients in a sympathetic, professional, and efficient manner, establishing trust and confidence. Meet and greet clients, ensuring they are welcomed and that all client care procedures are followed as outlined in the Office Manual. Diary Management: Maintain an accurate diary of appointments and provide reminders to fee earners for meetings, court hearings, and other important deadlines.
