As a Probation Officer, you will play a crucial role in the criminal justice system by working with individuals on probation to ensure their successful rehabilitation and reintegration into society. This position offers a competitive pay rate of 26.55- 29.30 per hour and provides the flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.Responsibilities: Case Management:Oversee a caseload of individuals on probation, conducting regular assessments to monitor progress.Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans based on risk and needs assessments.
