The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support pupils across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) up to Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role is crucial in helping to deliver engaging and effective lessons, ensuring that all children receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Support the Class Teacher in delivering lessons and activities across EYFS to KS2. Work with small groups or 1-2-1 with pupils providing tailored support in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Offer support in the planning and preparation of resources and activities. Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the school''s values and ethos. Support pupils with additional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Person Specification: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school environment.
