3rd Line IT Engineer to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of 35,000 - 50,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm. Duties:Providing technical support to clients by phone, email and on - site visitsTroubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesConduct regular maintenance tasksWork as part of a team and alongside other departments to contribute to ongoing service enhancementsAll other relevant tasks Benefits: 35,000 - 50,000 per annum20 days holiday (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) + Bank HolidaysPension Experience required:Must have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to client sites when neededManaged Service Provider experienceTechnical proficiency across: Windows server (including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP)Microsoft 365Windows 10/11Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs)Experienced firewall knowledge form setup through to administering To note there will be no hybrid / remote working in this position.
