We are looking for Dutch, Finnish, German, Hebrew, Hungarian & Thai fluent speakers, with a strong level of English (C1 or higher) and a Degree, except for the Hebrew, Hungarian, and one of the Finnish roles where the Degree is not mandatory. As a Social Media Guardian, your role will be to create, assess, and improve a large language model while handling sensitive content. A certain level of maturity and emotional balance is required.Your responsibilities will include:- Annotating data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines;- Evaluating the quality of existing data resources and the output of internal tools;- Developing, implementing, and maintaining guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation;- Performing basic research as needed for accurate annotation.The ideal candidate will have:- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role;- A passion for social media, with enthusiasm and motivation for development and improvement;- A strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills.This is a full-time permanent position, requiring full-time presence in the South of Dublin Offices.
