Job Title: Office Administrator andamp; Receptionist Location: Stockbridge, Hampshire (commutable from Salisbury, Romsey, Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester) Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with participation in extended hours telephone service on rotation Position Overview Our client are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator andamp; Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing reception duties, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, helping to maintain a positive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage all office administration tasks including data entry, record keeping, and document preparation. Answer and handle incoming calls, emails, and greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour. Schedule calls, meetings, appointments, and events, including arranging travel and accommodation if required. Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining organized records.
