You will have day-to-day responsibility for achieving the high standards of production and quality required within Production Departments. You will play an integral part in improvement initiatives through team motivation and leading by example.What you''ll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a high-speed continuous processing manufacturing environment, and will ideally hold an NVQ Level III in Management or a recognised management qualification. You should have good IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. It is essential that you demonstrate a strong technical background and be prepared to get involved in a "hands on" capacity when required.
