This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to support employee relations, recruitment and HR compliance within a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage employee relations, casework, and contract issuance.Maintain secure personnel records and ensure HR policy compliance.Monitor absence, probation, and performance managementSupport with recruitment, onboarding, and TUPE processes.Provide HR guidance on employment terms, payroll, and pensions.Liaise with external agencies and ensure legal compliance.Ensure effective communication of HR policies and updates.Support staff development, training needs, and performance tracking.
