Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Plan and deliver engaging lessons focused on reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills, blending classic and contemporary literature.
andbull; Cultivate a classroom culture that encourages students to express their ideas and opinions while developing their analytical and communication abilities.
andbull; Assess student progress, offer constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
andbull; Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and contribute to wider school initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
andbull; A degree in English, English Literature, or a related field (QTS or a similar recognized teaching qualification preferred).
andbull; Experience teaching English or related subjects, whether through previous teaching roles or student teaching.
andbull; A deep passion for literature and a commitment to helping students develop their voices and perspectives.
andbull; Strong organizational and motivational skills to inspire students in their learning journey.
