As a History Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons, fostering a love of history, and helping students develop critical thinking and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in History to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the History departmentandrsquo;s success.
• Support extracurricular activities and history-related events when required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for History.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and working as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
