Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons across a variety of subjects as needed, ensuring students stay engaged and focused.
• Maintain professionalism and build strong working relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Follow lesson plans provided by absent teachers, adapting them as necessary to suit the class.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Be flexible and adaptable, working across different year groups and subjects when required.
• Provide feedback to students on their work and support their learning where appropriate.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth teaching experience and maintain the school''s high standards.

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• Previous experience in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to teach across a range of subjects and year groups.
