Project Management Director Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Financial Responsibility: PandL management of the Project Management team. Networking: Attending relevant Construction and Property networking events. Project Management: Oversee and manage Construction projects (pre and post contract) within the residential, healthcare and life science sectors. Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies to optimise project delivery and drive business growth.
