Let us introduce the role AWE is currently recruiting for a Stakeholder Management Specialist. This exciting new role is all about building, fixing, and maintaining long lasting relationships with AWE Stakeholders of various levels.You will work with the Senior Leadership team to capture and identify who the key stakeholders are and create an engagement plan, looking at how well we engage and identifying a plan of action to improve performance and bring the Stakeholders and functions together. You will communicate regularly with the Stakeholders, have 1-2-1 conversations, obtain their feedback, review customer satisfaction surveys, and run meaningful workshops to ensure that the relationship is working and if it isn''t, identifying changes that can improve it.
