Contracts Manager - Electrical Social Housing 40k- 60k Job Purpose: To efficiently manage contracts from inception to final account settlement, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, work policies, and electrical standards while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and residents. Main Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day management of contract services, both reactive and planned preventive maintenance. Lead, support, and develop team members to maintain high professional standards and ensure project delivery on schedule. Foster collaborative relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service. Manage all aspects of accurate pricing, including quotations, reviewing works, and invoicing. Procure materials required for contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Supervise and train less experienced staff, conduct performance appraisals, and set objectives. Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and contract trends that may impact business goals. Monitor expenditure and report regularly to line manager. Review contract management methods, systems, and procedures for opportunities to improve efficiency. Engage with clients in specifying and delivering works and obtain feedback on engineer activity and work delivery. Communicate the company''s commitment to excellent service to customers.
