Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a temporary accounts assistant position for an international client based in Newbury. This role will be an immediate start.
Key duties:
- Oversee accounts receivable ledger
- Checking payments and allocating to accounts
- Generating and issuing invoices and statements
- Performing accounts reconciliations
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Strong analytical skills and data manipulation expertise
- Proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrable experience in reconciling accounts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility, effective time management, and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
