Working alongside the Finance Team Leader, your role will combine purchase ledger and inbound credit control requiring a strong mix of finance admin, data entry and customer service skills.Job DescriptionKey duties will include:Accurately entering invoices onto the purchase ledgerPreparing weekly and monthly supplier paymentsProcessing supplier invoices and shipping documentationUndertaking bank account and credit card reconciliationsAnswering incoming calls and emails to respond to customer and supplier queriesProcessing card payments and allocating to customer accountsResolving invoice queries, producing statements and credit notesSupporting other duties within the finance team as requiredPerson SpecificationYou ll need to be a subject matter expert who enjoys handling responsibility for their own workload, whilst going the extra mile to support customer and colleagues with finance queries and additional responsibilities.
