The Role: As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will assist in preparing accounts and financial statements for a varied portfolio of clients. You will work closely with senior staff, gaining valuable experience while delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities: Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP. Completing VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts for clients. Preparing tax computations and assisting with tax compliance. Liaising with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and build strong relationships. Supporting with audit tasks and processes where required. Maintaining accurate and organised records for clients. Assisting senior accountants with ad-hoc duties and client work as necessary.
