Rate: Negotiable (inside ir35) Location: Hampshire The Head of Social Housing Asset Transformation role is new role which has been created to help the council on their journey towards being an excellent social landlord. You will lead the charge in transforming their housing services, playing a pivotal role in leading and managing a range of critical housing services that directly impact the lives of tenants. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for strategic asset management, compliance and building safety across the Council''s housing stock, which complies with regulatory standards, relevant legislation and Government guidance. You will foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement and ensure tenants are placed at the heart of everything that we do. The role sits in the Housing Division within the recently formed Resident Services Directorate. You will report to the Director of Housing and play a key role in the senior management team working closely with other Heads of Service within the directorate and more widely across the Council.
