Finance Assistant Location: Greenford, London Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent Our client provides high-quality Waste Collection, Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance, Parking Services and other environmental services for their customers, the London Borough of Ealing, its residents, and other service users. The Role Due to their continued success, a fantastic opportunity has now arisen in their Finance Department. As Finance Assistant, your duties will include: Processing requests and payments of goods and services using financial system. Setting up new Suppliers and Customers. Raising sales invoices; chasing outstanding debts and managing the collections process. Preparing monthly payroll file for submissions and assist with any payroll queries. Assisting with month end procedures and financial reporting.
