Your new role As a GraduateMechanical Design Engineer, you will work alongside our mechanical andelectrical building services Design Engineers and Revit Technicians as part ofa multi discipline team producing detailed, complex and sustainable buildingservices designs in both a 2D and 3D environment.You will be workingalongside other mechanical designers on a wide range of projects across varioussectors, delivering services from feasibility through to a detailed and fullycoordinated design for installation purposes - RIBA Stages 0 to 5.Your role will be tohelp deliver mechanical building services design, training through workplaceexperience. You will assist with the design of mechanical building servicessuch as HVAC, domestic hot and cold water and public health systems. You willalso utilise dynamic simulation design software to undertake building physicsstudies; air flow and heat gain for example.Training will be provided for design software packages including H2X, Hevacomp, IES, AutoCAD and REVIT.
