Packaging Specialist Role Requirements: A degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent in Packaging Science, Engineering, or Material Design. At least 5 years of experience in packaging within a manufacturing environment, packaging supplier, procurement, or RandD. Strong understanding of packaging specifications, functionality, product compatibility, and supply chain processes. Experience in packaging quality management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of engineering principles (Chemical or Mechanical). Awareness of sustainability and compliance regulations related to packaging. Highly organized, self-motivated, and structured in approach. Able to collaborate with various departments (Marketing, RandD, Procurement, Suppliers, etc.). Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives. Experience working in multinational teams, understanding cultural differences. Regional-level experience, supporting multiple sites, with a willingness to travel. Excellent communication skills and fluent in English. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the best packaging solutions across the region, ensuring high-quality and fit-for-purpose packaging.
