Office Administrator, Temp to perm role, ASAP start, Office based Your new company You will be working for a public sector organisation based near Birmingham City Centre acting as their Office Administrator on a minimum of 6 months temporary assignment. Your new role Within your role of Office Administrator, you will be a proactive and organised Administrator with operational duties. You will be responsible for a variety of admin and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and day to day duties. You will have operational duties, greet visitors, act as a first point of contact for all management, data input, book catering services and support meetings. The role also involves using Microsoft Teams and Zoom for virtual communications, managing CRM systems, and attending webinars and virtual meetings. You may be based on Reception during this role. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. You will have the responsibility of opening and closing the office and must be comfortable working alone.
