Technical Business Development Manager Orion are currently working with an innovative, electrical manufacturing company based in South Yorkshire. They supply their own products into many industrial sectors and are looking for a self-motivated results orientated Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to travel to the office in Sheffield a minimum of 4x a month. Applicants MUST have a strong electrical knowledge/understanding and have vast experience with low voltage switchgears! Technical Business Development Manager Roles and Responsibilities:Have a solid understanding of Low Voltage Switchgear systems.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and able to respond effectively with a solution.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new electrical products and competition statusGenerate leads and cold call prospective customersDevelop a good understanding of the businesses'' products or services and be able to advise others about themWork closely with Bid team to produce technically and commercially compliant bids to a very high quality.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.Nurture Customer relationship from initial enquiry through to delivery to stimulate repeat business.Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams to support product ..... full job details .....
