Our client is now recruiting for an experienced New Build Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team in Fareham, Hampshire. My client is a Lexcel accredited and reputable multi-service Law Firm covering the South Coast. The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX Lawyer or Licenced Conveyancer with expertise in Residential Conveyancing, specifically with New Build plot purchasing experience. With excellent client care and communication skills, you should be able to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries and become involved in marketing and business development opportunities. Good experience of handling a large caseload via a case management system would be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities and Activities - Representing clients who are purchasing new build properties. - Responsible for managing a caseload on a day-to-day basis which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file. - Taking instructions, keeping accurate file notes, communicating with clients and 3rd parties, and completing tasks. You will draft legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms. - Conduct Pre-completion, Land Registry and Conveyancing searches accurately and timely.
