About the role You''ll play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to enhance and optimise our customer relationship platform (CRM). You''ll work with stakeholders at all levels to rationalise and prioritise solution requirements and evaluate options for improvement. Working with the Salesforce Technical Product Manager, fellow colleagues in the Tech Services team and the Community Directorate you''ll demonstrate the leadership and collaboration needed to align and deliver on the Salesforce Communities programme interdependencies.
