Do you enjoy helping young learners reach their full potential?We are working with SEN and Primary schools in Sleaford who are looking for Teaching Assistants to join them from October 2024. This role will initially be through our supply agency, either full-time or part-time, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position when opportunities arise.Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Build positive and professional relationships with students, ensuring a supportive learning environment.Tailor your support to meet the individual needs of each child, particularly those with special educational needs.Assist with classroom activities led by the teacher and provide additional support wherever necessary.Work closely with students who have special needs, ensuring their safety and supporting their engagement with the curriculum.Provide feedback and guidance to students under the teacher s direction, helping them progress academically and socially.
