We are expanding our workshop team and seeking a Production Operative to join our Rubber Moulding department.The Role: As a Production Operative in the Rubber Moulding department, you will play an essential role in the production of rubber mouldings and related products. You will work as part of a team and perform a variety of tasks, including machine setup, mould tool changes, and process troubleshooting. Full and ongoing training will be provided to candidates who are new to vulcanising rubber products.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with the Production Foreman to prioritise production tasks.Carry out mould tool changes as per the daily production plan.Produce first-off samples with necessary documentation and specifications.Set up machines and ensure the correct materials are available for production runs.Conduct mould tool sampling and generate sample reports and setting sheets.Recommend modifications or improvements to increase productivity, quality, and reduce waste. ..... full job details .....
