We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, passionate and driven Trainer/Learning and Development Manager to join the leadership team within a superb food service organisation based in West Yorkshire. Reporting directly into the MD, you will play a critical role in developing and managing training for hundreds of employees across three restaurants, with a special focus on their management apprentices.This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. You''ll need to be as comfortable in the kitchen as you are discussing training strategy in a leadership meeting.
