Our supported living service provides a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 5-18, empowering them to develop essential life skills and thrive.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Support Worker Provide hands-on, high-quality care and support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans.Act as a role model and mentor for support staff, promoting best practices and positive attitudes.Assist in the development, review, and implementation of care plans to meet each child s needs.Support the Team Leader in overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, including staff supervision and rota management.Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed, responding effectively to any concerns.Encourage and promote independence, helping children to build confidence and develop essential life skills.Communicate effectively with families, schools, and other professionals to support the children s development.
