The Senior Research and Insights Manager a new role, pivotal to the new strategy of diversification and growth of income going forward, and fully integrated into the Philanthropy team, rather than as a support function. You will be the first team member, reporting to the Development Director. You will have the opportunity to develop the research function at all levels, from rolling up your sleeves, to putting together strategy as well as network mapping, tracking and following up with Trustees and senior colleagues. As part of the Philanthropy team you will be helping raise income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 13 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c£10 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years.
