Your Role: As a Reliability Engineer, you ll play a vital role in keeping the operations running smoothly, using engineering principles to ensure systems and equipment are reliable, efficient, and safe. You ll work across design, testing, and maintenance phases, always striving for improved equipment performance and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct reliability modelling, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure analysis to design improvements and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Collect and analyse performance data, producing reports to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with project teams to ensure reliability is embedded in the development of new systems.
