Award winning law firm, based in Chester, are keen to hire a Legal Administrator. The role will provide direct support the senior fee earner and real estate team. It will involve handling and chasing a variety of documentation and dealing with clients and third parties over the telephone. You will need strong prioritisation and organisational skills and be keen to use your initiative. If you are an ambitious individual with previous administration experience working within a law firm, this could be a fantastic opportunity! Experience within Real Estate is preferred but not essential! What will you be doing as a Legal Administrator?Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, to provide advice and assistanceBe responsible for chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searchesKeep the case management system and any third-party web sites up to date in real timeEnsure our clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at timesPrepare required documentation as required with the conveyancing processPrepare the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoicesDeal with post exchange matters as directed by your team managerBe responsible for completions on the day of completionComply with all of company policies and proceduresAny other administrative duties requiredWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills ..... full job details .....
