Regional Soft Services Manager (Facilities Manager) - £47,000 + Car Allowance (c.£5,000) - South of England The Company and Role A Regional Soft Services Manager is required to join one of Europe s Leading support service providers. You will be managing sites on behalf of one of the UK s leading supply chain, distribution and freight businesses.You will be managing all areas of Soft Services across C.15 large sites across London and the South of England . This will include management of: Security, Cleaning, Catering, Reception, Mailroom, Grounds Maintenance and Pest Control Services.With a strong focus on personal development, this role offers strong progression opportunities, as well as the opportunity to work for the fastest growing Facilities Management company. Essential Experience Experience in multi-site Soft Services Facilities ManagementStrong experience in managing internal Security TeamsSIA (non-front line) (existing or lapsed)Experience managing subcontractors, e.g., hard services.Full UK driving license.
