We are super excited to be recruiting for a Senior GROUPS Operations position, with our client, a well-known and established DMC. Working on a Hybrid model, 3 days per week in the office, you will be supporting the French Market inbound into the UK and Ireland. They also operate a remote work from anywhere policy after one year service and have lots of incentives for staff! Senior Groups Operations Executive you will undertake an array of tasks and responsibilities which include: Allocating services with suppliers and in our systems for tour requirements including meals, guides, site entrances, ferries, trains and coaches. Maintaining regular contact with suppliers. Costing and quotations with your agents in market. Responsibility for operational costs for the area. Supervising tour itineraries within the region, checking for feasibility and logistics. Approving and processing invoices. Managing booking requirements: keeping track of assigned group space and special requirements, tracking and notifying any changes. Allocating services with suppliers assuring best balance of price and quality, in a timely manner. Senior Group Operations Executive Skill requirements: Proficiency in English AND French Native. Good knowledge of UK and Ireland working in Inbound tourism. The ability to work under tight deadlines and with budget constraints.
