Kingfield Electronics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of all sales and commercial activities across our established customer accounts. This is a crucial role in managing high-level customer relationships, driving sales growth, overseeing quotations, and ensuring a seamless link between business development and operational fulfilment. Key Responsibilities Sales and Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to retain and grow existing customer accounts. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities. Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales function. Track the forward sales order book against budget to support revenue projections and business planning. Revenue Generation and Profitability: Identify opportunities to grow existing product lines and introduce new products. Drive revenue growth through upselling and additional service offerings. Monitor sales performance and margins, implementing strategies for improvement. Commercial Arrangements and Agreements: Manage and enhance commercial agreements with customers to strengthen relationships and mitigate risks. Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure adherence to commercial arrangements. Strategic Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
