Salary: £29,900 - £34,000 per annum plus optional over time as offered Job type: Full time, permanent - 37.5 hours per week Shifts: Monday to Sunday including earlies, mids, lates and sleep in duties as required (approx 1 per week) This role is a full time, permanent position working across Monday to Sunday and includes an average of 1 sleep in per week. The role offers an annual basic salary of £29,900 plus additional payments for overtime and sleep-ins. Duties to include: Being responsible for leading and delegating the staff team, ensuring shifts are adequately planned and managed To support and supervise junior members of staff Undertaking agreed delegated management responsibilities on an ongoing basis On-call responsibilities as required (average of once per week) Assisting the Registered Manager to ensure the home meets its regulatory responsibility to safeguard all young people.
